This calculator should help you modify game or program configs that need "tweaking" to support Widescreen properly. It may also be of use to programmers and developers that want to calculate presets for their software. The biggest challenge is finding out the current FOV of a game, usually this can be found in a config or ini file in the games folder. Old Aspect: (Example: 1024x768 or 4:3 or 1.33333333333333) Old FOV: (Example: 70 or 70.0) New Aspect: (Example: 1680x1050 or 16:10 or 1.6 or 1.7777777777778:1)   From Old FOV: 0:1 aspect = (FOV horizontal) To New FOV: 0:1 aspect = 0 (FOV horizontal)
