What is Normalized Performance Rating (NPR)?
So far there has been no unified rating system sadly, so it does not help much when you see game requirements as to knowing if your CPU or GPU is able to hold it's ground.
For the lack of a official rating system, these charts are the best you can get currently. (I'm sure Intel and AMD has some private charts though)
There is the Windows Performance Index obviously but again, those charts are not published either and are too rough.

I'll be updating these charts from time to time, they could be considered supplemental charts for quick early decisions,
but it is highly advised you go to a good review spesific site to compare using their charts and reviews on specific performance,
as these NPR charts indicate overall performance relative to other CPUs and GPUs, and under all forms of use rather than just gaming.
